Our Publications

Action for Healthy Communities’ publications share insights, research, and reflections that emerge from our work alongside equity-deserving communities across Alberta. These reports and discussion papers explore the determinants of wellbeing and prosperity, highlight promising practices, and document community-informed approaches to inclusive service delivery. Developed through collaboration with community members, partners, and sector leaders, our publications aim to inform dialogue, influence systems, and contribute to evidence that centres lived experience and cultural knowledge.

While our publications are intended to inform and inspire, our Resources section offers practical tools designed for ongoing use and adaptation. Together, these knowledge products reflect AHC’s commitment to community-led learning, shared accountability, and capacity building—supporting organizations, decision-makers, and communities to advance equity, strengthen collaboration, and create lasting change.
